Nana Adu Asare is a dedicated leader, engineering professional, and dynamic executive with a rich background in international operations, security management, and student advocacy. Born on May 18, 1990, and raised in Kumasi Asafo, he combines a rigorous foundation in science and technology with world-class organizational leadership. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the Metallurgy and Materials Option, within the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Kumasi Technical University (KsTU).
His academic journey is rooted in a strong analytical framework, having previously studied General Science. A proven entrepreneur and community leader, Nana holds prominent executive roles across various sectors. He is the Managing Director of Right Connect Ghana and the Chief Executive Director of the Students Support System, an initiative reflecting his deep commitment to welfare and empowerment. Showcasing his versatile management capabilities, he also serves as the General Manager for Philpoly Football Club.
Nana’s professional portfolio extends globally, marked by a distinguished career in high-level safety and security operations. He is a former Safety and Security Supervisor for major international organizations and events, including FIFA, EXPO, and DP World. Additionally, he demonstrated his expertise in large-scale logistics and hospitality management during his tenure as Deputy Accommodation Manager for Al-Faisal Holdings. His extensive field experience is backed by specialized, internationally recognized certifications. Nana is certified in First Aid (CPR & AED) and Supervision by FIFA and the Ministry of Interior in Qatar.
He also holds advanced credentials in Security Management, Safety, and Fire Training from the Security Industry and Regulatory Agency (SIRA), as well as certifications in Health and Safety, ISO Standards, and Security Management. Blending his analytical engineering mindset with extensive corporate leadership and a passion for community service, Nana Adu Asare stands out as a well-rounded and visionary aspirant equipped to lead and advocate for the student body at Kumasi Technical University.
